Processing & Preparation
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because our serving platters require additional preparation before shipment, processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 15–30 days for your order to be prepared, shipped, and delivered.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or periods of high order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your serving platter has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow a few days after receiving your tracking information for the carrier's system to begin displaying updates.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to have every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
